By downloading or using the Lzy Learn Spanish mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.
1. Subscription Terms
Lzy Learn Spanish offers a monthly auto-renewable subscription:
New users receive a 3-day free trial.
After the free trial, your Apple ID will be charged $14.99 per month.
The free trial includes 10 minutes of AI voice chat. The paid plan includes 100 minutes per month.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
No refunds will be granted for the unused portion of a subscription period.
2. Use of the App
You may use Lzy Learn Spanish for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality.
3. AI Chat Feature
The app includes an AI-powered chat feature for language practice. AI responses are generated for educational purposes and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for critical translations or communications.
4. Third-Party Content
The app links to publicly available YouTube videos for educational purposes. These videos are streamed via YouTube's embedded player and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not host, download, or redistribute third-party video content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Lzy Learn Spanish, including lessons, illustrations, manga stories, and app design, is the property of ULB Media (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright law.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULB Media (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
